The Green Heart of Garnethill: Sensory Nature Play in the Park

Head up to Garnethill Park for an alternative take on ‘park life’.

Garnethill Park was created on the site of demolished tenements in 1991. Since then, it has become a favourite spot for local residents and visitors, as well as a home and rest stop for our scaly, feathery and furry friends. It also features some rare trees, a pyramid, a pizza oven and some amazing murals. Help create a new sensory artwork, hug a tree to find out how old it is, play the pyramid, indulge in some ‘deep listening’ and follow your nose to find some interesting historic smells.
