Did you know you can also borrow a SAD lamp from your local library for free.

As the days get shorter and darker, these specially designed light therapy lamps can help brighten your day. SAD lamps mimic natural daylight and may help improve mood, boost energy levels and ease symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), sometimes known as the winter blues.

Why not borrow one and see if it makes a difference to your winter wellbeing? More info
