Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, is an ancient Chinese spiritual discipline in the Buddhist tradition. It consists of moral teachings, meditation and four gentle exercises. At the core of Falun Gong are the values of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance.

Falun Gong was introduced to the public in 1992 by Li Hongzhi.

All classes are free.

Baby feeding is welcome in all Glasgow Life venues.

Parking

Parking is free for all users. The car park is located at the rear of the building, off Burgh Lane.

Photography and video recording

On occasion, Glasgow Life will be on the premises to film and take photos.

Wi-Fi is free by logging on via Glasgow Libraries - no password required.
