Piping Live!: Piping Pop-ups

The flagship project of the National Piping Centre, Piping Live!  is celebrating its 23rd edition from 9-16th August, with over 100 events showcasing the diverse world of the bagpipe. In the run up to this year's festival, the team will be showing you the basics of playing the pipes, letting you try Scotland's national instrument, and their pipers will show you how it’s done with fantastic performances. With games, music-making and fun for all ages, make sure you follow the sound of the pipes to try it yourself!
