Are you, or someone you care about, going through the Menopause and would like some support?

Would you like help identifying menopause symptoms?  or maybe you need help deciding whether to take HRT or what alternatives are available?

Our Menopause Warriors Scotland group meet monthly to offer the support and reassurance you need to know your are not alone.  We provide information to help you make the right decisions for you, as well as shared experiences of women who have been through and are going through this journey.

We'll also help you find menopause information books available for you to borrow free of charge.

It's a relaxed, friendly session, you can come along and say as little or as much as you like, and there's no need to book, you can just drop in.  We look forward to meeting you.
