Glasgow Communities offer free adult literacy and numeracy learning in local venues throughout Glasgow for adults who would like support with reading, writing, spelling, and numbers.


Literacy and numeracy support is tutored in small groups.

There is a large communal table at bottom of library used as study spaces.

Location Map

Milton means “town with the mill” and there are over 55 Miltons in Scotland. Milton Parish was first established in May 1836 and it was also the name used for part of north Glasgow for civil registration purposes on birth, marriage and death certificates from 1855 until approx. 1900.
