You should have been advised of your PIN when you joined at a library, or, if you joined online, you will have create the PIN yourself. 


If you cannot remember your PIN, there are 4 options:


1. Visit your local library in person with your library card and ask for your PIN – you may be asked security questions.


2. Phone your local library and ask for your PIN – you may be asked security questions.


3. Email: stock.development@glasgowlife.org.uk stating your library card number and your date of birth and we will be able to advise you.


4. Go to: https://libcat.csglasgow.org/web/arena/joinlogin Scroll right up to the top of the page to get to the Login section and click on the Forgot PIN button.

2.    Scroll up to the top of the page to get to the Login section


3.    Enter your library card number and PIN


4.    In My Account, you can see your current loans in ‘My Loans’


5.    In My Account, you can see your previous loans in ‘My Loans History’


On the Glasgow Libraries app
You can see your current borrowed books but not your previous loan history.  
On Libby (Browser version) go to: https://libbyapp.com/library/glasgow

  • Click Sign in with My Card
  • Sign in with your library card number and PIN
  • Click on Shelf
  • Click on loans to see your current loans


Click on Timeline and you will be able to see your loans activity by year.

No. There are no late fees if your books are returned after the due date.

Yes, all of our libraries have printing and photocopying facilities. Just ask a member of staff.
