Complete a referral for the family you are supporting. This information will be passed to the Live Well team at Glasgow Life who will help connect the family with various support options like the ones listed below.

What Support is Available?

Discover FREE services and activities for families:

  • Holistic Family Support: Tailored help for health and wellbeing.
  • Digital support: for individuals experiencing housing-related needs or digital exclusion. We can help you overcome digital barriers and access the services and information you need.
  • ASN Family Play Hubs: welcoming, inclusive opportunities for families with children with Additional Support Needs (ASN). Sessions take place in community centres, including Barmulloch, Netherton and Penilee. Activities include: Bookbug and sharing stories, soft play, arts and crafts, messy play, access to sensory rooms, sports and physical activities and an opportunity to meet other families.
  • Sports activities including: Glasgow Club memberships, swimming, football, tennis, disability activities and family multi-sport sessions.
