Give your little adventurers a birthday party they’ll never forget with a Clip 'n' Climb party packed with fun, challenge, and sky‑high excitement! Our friendly instructors guide kids as they scale walls, conquer obstacles, and celebrate every big step up.

Explore our birthday party options below for Clip 'n' Climb at Kelvin Hall - the ultimate climbing party for kids aged 4+! Anyone can climb as long as they are able to understand a safety briefing and are physically able.

We have two options to host a birthday party in our Clip 'n' Climb facility.

Clip 'n' Climb with food

  • £22 per child - 2 hour party (1st for climbing and 2nd for food)
  • Minimum of 15 and maximum of 25 children 
  • Soft play access can be added in the 2nd hour for £2.50 per child. 
  • Food included is pizza, chicken nuggets & waffle fries served buffet style, followed by ice cream.
  • Crisps & juice will also be available on the table.

- Party bags and cake are not provided but are allowed. (No candles permitted.)

Party session times are:

  • Monday to Friday; 4pm-6pm or 5.15pm-7.15pm
  • Saturdays & Sundays; 9.30-11.30am or 10.45am-12.45pm.

Clip 'n' Climb Exclusive use 

  • £350 for 1 hour period.
  • Maximum of 25 children
  • Exclusive use of the Clip 'n' Climb facility
  • Food not included but can be added for £7.50 per child.

- Party bags and cake are not provided but are allowed. (No candles permitted.)

Party session times for exclusive use are:

  • Weekdays; 4pm-6pm or 5.15pm-7.15pm (non school holidays)
  • Weekends & school holidays; 12-2pm, 1.15pm-3.15pm or 2.30-4.30pm.

FAQs

  • To secure your party 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with remainder of the balance due on the day of party.
  • Please be aware once party has been booked into system you have 7 days to pay the deposit or booking will not be honoured.
  • Guest numbers can be altered until 7 days before the party booking date.

  • Ten accompanying adults are included for free, then charged at £1 per adult for numbers above 10.

  • Yes - this is no problem. Dietary requests must be made 7 days before party booking date for alternatives to be made.
