Women Only Swimming Sessions

Experience an inclusive and empowering atmosphere of our women only swimming sessions, held in the private and welcoming environment of North Woodside Pool.

These dedicated sessions create a comfortable session for women to exercise.

Sessions take place on the last Monday of each month between 6pm and 9pm.

The session is split in two with the first half being females (adults and children. Male children must be under 8) and the second half being female (adults only). The split is at 7.30pm

To help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, swimwear may be reviewed by our staff or Management Team prior to entry where necessary. Acceptance of swimwear is at the discretion of the Manager, and access may be declined if it does not meet health and safety requirements.
