Tickets Glasgow Tickets Purchase Policy

The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern use of the Ticketsglasgow ("Site"). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site.

In the event a show is cancelled or significantly altered, patrons will be issued with a refund of the ticket face value and any booking fee(s) paid. If you paid an online (£1.50) or telephone (£1.75) transaction fee per order, this is not refundable as it is a service charge the Box Office incur during the processing of your order. A transaction fee is applied to cover charges Glasgow Life has to pay on ticketing technology, telephony and IT services. If tickets have already been dispatched or delivered to you, you will not be entitled to a refund of any relevant Postage Fee.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless an event is cancelled or significantly altered. Where the original booking was made with a credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the card. If the payment was made by cash, cheque or any other method the refund will be sent to you as a cheque. We will not issue cash refunds.

Management reserve the right to refuse a sale, or to refuse entry after a sale at their discretion.

Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from date of purchase. The date of expiry cannot be amended and from that date cannot be accepted for payment . Gift vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced should they become lost.

Gift voucher are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for payment in part or full.

If postage is purchased tickets will be posted 4 weeks before the event. It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify the box office before the event if tickets have not arrived in order for us to arrange for duplicate tickets. Please note the posting of tickets to sporting events or unreserved events may be delayed until nearer the event time.

We cannot issue refunds or exchanges after an event has passed due to non attendance.

Management reserve the right to refuse to process exchanges and advance bookings on the evening of a performance. This is to ensure the performance and patrons are not delayed.

A charge of 50p per ticket will be made to reprint any ticket for a reserved seating event. Tickets for events where the seating is unreserved, or standing events cannot be reprinted under any circumstances. Reprints are at the discretion of management.

If exchanges are allowed a fee of £1 per ticket will be applicable.

Patrons should supply the credit/debit card used to book when collecting tickets at the box office. We reserve the right to refuse ticket collections to patrons who cannot provide reasonable identification.
When purchasing/collecting a discounted ticket, patrons must provide adequate proof of concession.

Where a special offer applies such as a time or stock limited special offer/promotion, this cannot be applied in retrospect to an existing booking.

Only one discount/concession applicable per ticket.

Our online booking service displays information on selected seating if a special feature is applicable to that seat. This includes wheelchair and companion positions, and seats which have a restricted view. Purchase of such tickets online indicates acceptance of such features.

Management reserve the right to cancel bookings which are reasonably believed to have been booked under fraudulent circumstances.
