How to access our festival venues

Glasgow Royal Concert Hall

The venue has wheelchair access via the north entrance at Killermont Street.

Accessible toilets: Wheelchair accessible toilets are available on a variety of levels with easy access.

Wheelchair access: Wheelchairs are available on request for use during your visit and these can be pre-booked via the box office. 

If you prefer not to have to encounter any stairs on the way to your seat, please tell our box office when booking.

The Mitchell Library

The venue is wheelchair accessible from Granville Street main entrance.

Accessible toilets: The accessible toilet is approximately 26m (28yd 1ft) from the main entrance. This accessible toilet is located to the rear right as you enter.

Assistance dogs: Guide and assistance dogs are welcome and a bowl of water can be provided. 

Hearing loop: There is a fixed loop hearing assistance system. This venue does not play background music.

Wheelchair access: There is a wheelchair to borrow. To borrow the wheelchair, please contact a member of staff. Motorised scooters are allowed in public parts of the venue.

Waterstones, Sauchiehall Street

The store is wheelchair accessible via the main entrance on Sauchiehall Street. There are no steps and inside of the shop there is a tamp to access the higher level. The store is open plan.

Accessible Toilets: There are wheelchair accessible toilet facilities on the Basement Level, The Gallery and the Second Floor.
