Are your details up to date? Tell us about any changes

It's important that your personal information on My Portal is up to date - such as your home address and bank details.

This is to make sure that you receive your pay on time and we can get in contact with you if required.

Please tell us about any changes as soon as possible.

To check and update your details:

  • Visit My Portal (link available on the intranet)
  • Login as usual
  • Select Employee Services
  • Select Personal Information
  • Check, enter and change your information as required.

If you don't have access to My Portal, you can email CBS at CBSESCRecordMaintenance@ced.glasgow.gov.uk with the email subject 'Change of address/personal details.' 

Please remember to include your SAP number if emailing CBS.
