Celebrating our 2025 Navigator Programme graduates

A group of 18 people gathered for a photo on a marble staircase in a library. Some of them are holding certificates

On Monday (1 December), Chief Executive Kay Morrison proudly presented certificates to colleagues who have completed this year’s Navigator Programme at the Mitchell Library.

15 colleagues from across our services completed the programme. They each delivered impactful projects that have added real value to our charity. You can explore these projects here.

What participants had to say:

  • The programme helped me overcome imposter syndrome and realise I was already doing things right.”
  • I now make quicker, more confident decisions without waiting for constant confirmation.”
  • My time management has improved significantly. I can plan, organise and lead projects while managing day-to-day operations.”
  • Navigator inspired me to design services that make a real difference to customers and communities.”
  • I feel more confident speaking up, challenging decisions, and sharing ideas.”

A huge thank you to:

  • Our participants for their commitment and creativity
  • Their managers for supporting their development
  • Mentors for challenging and guiding them
  • The Learning and Development team for delivering an outstanding programme

Looking ahead:

We’re excited to see strong interest in the 2025 Navigator Programme, starting at the end of January.
