Colleague Support Groups: We want to hear your thoughts
We want everyone to feel included, respected, and supported. Last year, we ran our first Equality Monitoring Survey. This gave us a better understanding of our colleagues and their needs. It was an important step in building a stronger culture and learning about experiences across our organisation.
As a next step, we are looking into Colleague Support Groups. These groups bring together people with similar experiences. Offering colleagues a safe, supportive space to connect and talk about what matters most to them.
These groups help people feel they belong, support inclusive policies, and ensure we hear everyone’s voices.
Why we want your feedback
We’d like to know:
- If you think Colleague Support Groups would be helpful
- Which experiences or communities you think these groups should focus on
- Any suggestions or concerns you want to share
Your input will help us shape how we set up Colleague Support Groups at Glasgow Life. This way, the groups will reflect and respond to your needs.
This is part of our work on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. Building on what we learned from our Equality Monitoring Survey. It will help us take the next step in supporting every colleague.
