Reducing the Mental Health Impact of Personal Relationship Stress - Tuesday 27 January, 10am to 11am
Personal relationship issues, including divorce, family estrangement and parental stress, is one of the biggest issues undermining mental health, yet also the least talked about wellbeing issue.
In this webinar, an expert panel led by Nicola Jagielski, clinical director, PAM Wellness, will share new data insights on how different demographics are impacted by relationship stress and ways to support employees struggling to cope. This session is for anyone with an interest but will include advise on the role of managers for noticing and supporting those who are struggling.

Supporting Mental Health: Breathing Space Webinar/Q&A - Wednesday 28 January, 11am to 12 noon
This session, led by GGC NHS provides information for workplaces on the range of mental health support available through NHS 24, including the Breathing Space service. The webinar will outline how these services can support individuals and teams, followed by a Q&A.

Cancer Awareness and Return to Work - Wednesday 4 February, 10am to 10.30am
Delivered by PAM Wellness, this session helps build an understanding of the emotional impact of a cancer diagnosis on individuals and those around them. It also explores how to support an employee following a cancer diagnosis, including considerations for a positive and practical return to work.

Conversation Café at the Nook - for parents and carers - Wednesday 4 February, 5.30pm to 6.30pm
SAMH are inviting parents and carers of young people with mental health problems to connect, share experiences, and support one another.
This conversation café is a welcoming space for parents and carers who are supporting their child or young person with mental health problems. Held at The Nook, it offers a relaxed, informal setting to meet others who understand, share experiences, and talk openly without judgement or pressure. You're welcome to listen, speak, or simply enjoy a cup of tea in a calm, supportive environment. The Nook is a safe, friendly community space where connection, understanding, and peer support come first—you don't need to have all the answers, just come as you are!

Mentally Healthy Workplaces Line Manager Training - Thursday 5 March, 9.30am to 4pm
The way people are managed on a day-to-day basis is central to their mental wellbeing and engagement, as well as trust in their employer. A supportive manager can be crucial in supporting wellbeing, spotting early signs of distress and initiating early intervention. This course has been designed by Public Health Scotland to:
- Identify the key factors that contribute to a mentally healthy workplace
- Give managers a broad understanding of mental health in the workplace
- Ensure managers are aware of their responsibilities in relation to health and wellbeing
- Improve managers' skills and confidence in dealing with mental health in the workplace.
