Pathway Programme - applications now open
The application window for our next Pathway Programme is now open. Our Learning and Development Team have designed our Pathway Programme for colleagues who aren't in a supervisory role yet but would like to develop.
The programme will begin in February 2026, and the window will close on Wednesday 10 December 2025.
During the programme, you will attend five half-day training events. Usually, one workshop per month.
Our workshops include:
- Know your strengths
- The importance of intentional communication
- Coaching conversations
- The impact of positive motivation on performance
- Moving forward
These training events will support you in your current role and in your future ambitions.

Pathway Programme information session
The Learning and Development Team is hosting a Pathway Programme information session on Thursday 4 December. This session gives you the chance to find out about the programme and how to apply.
We will host the session on Microsoft Teams between 1.30 pm and 2.30 pm.
