Updated Attendance Management policy
We have recently reviewed and updated our attendance management policy and supporting documentation.
The updated policy is now called Supporting Attendance to better reflect the assistance that Glasgow Life have in place for colleagues who are absent from work.
The Early Intervention Meeting has been updated to Wellbeing Support Meeting and the Formal Interview has been renamed Attendance Review.

Managers should sign up for one of the upcoming Attendance Management courses, as this has recently been updated to reflect the review of the policy.
