Absence Reporting
Important Update
We’ve updated our sickness absence process.
- Self‑certification is no longer completed separately by employees and is now included within the return to work discussion and documentation completed in conjunction with your manager when you return from sickness absence.
- You are not now expected to access or complete a return to work form yourself, this process will be instigated by your manager.
Your manager will support you through the Return to Work process and ensure the appropriate documentation is completed, including discussing any support or reasonable adjustments that may be needed.

Occupational Health
Your manager may refer you to our occupational health service if they require advice on how to support your health and wellbeing at work. Please speak to your manager if you think you would benefit from a referral.
