Clarity on roles, responsibilities and ownership across the team. We'll focus on reducing duplication and improving accountability through Performance Management and team meetings.
To start doing:
Share key priorities and progress through a monthly one-page team feedback and priorities document. This gives us a consistent space to track actions, share updates and maintain visibility of progress.
