Catering Application

If you offer a menu of delicious exotic and traditional foods, cater for families and those with food allergens, consider yourself ahead of the curve on sustainability, and are available to trade for 3 days at WOMAD Glasgow on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th July AND Glasgow Mela on Sunday 5th July 2026, then we want to hear from you.

We are passionate about curating a diverse range of cuisines to share with the WOMAD Glasgow and Glasgow Mela audiences.  Space is limited so we will carefully consider every detail you provide in your application to ensure we offer the best variety of food available, and you have a great experience onsite and want to return every year.  Variety, value for money, sustainable practices, experience and pitch size are just some of the elements required.

You can apply to trade as a High Volume Caterer or a Specialist Caterer.

The deadline for applications is Tuesday 7th April for Specialist Caterers and Monday 13th April for High Volume Caterers.
