ASN Free Swimming Lessons

Our free ASN (Additional Support Needs) swimming lessons are open to children aged 5–16 years this summer, offering a safe, supportive and enjoyable introduction to the water for those with a physical, learning or sensory disability.

These sessions are designed to help children build water confidence and develop basic aquatic skills at their own pace.

To ensure every child feels secure, a parent or guardian is advised to join their child in the water. Our experienced coaches work with small groups of parents and children, supporting them to grow their skills and confidence in a positive and encouraging environment.

There are multiple sessions delivered in the following Glasgow Life venues on different days and times.
