Bookbug sessions are free, fun and friendly sessions for babies, toddlers and their parents / carers. Each session is relaxed, lasts around 30 minutes and includes songs, stories and rhymes. They’re a great way for your baby to interact with other babies, improve their social and language skills and for you to spend quality time with your child and meet other parents. No booking required, just pop along.
This session has an age range of 0-18 months focusing on lockdown babies/ isolated parents, one parent/guardian per child and is first come first served. Masks may be removed when participating, but test and protect details will be required.

Accessible toilets
The accessible toilet is 18m (20yd) from the main entrance.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome. We can provide a bowl of water for an assistance dog.

There is a ramp leading to the library entrance.

Baby changing is located in the accessible toilet.
Baby feeding
Baby feeding is welcome in all Glasgow Life venues.
Parking
The venue does not have its own car park.
Photography and video recording
On occasion, Glasgow Life will be on the premises to film and take photos.
Study spaces
Study spaces can be found in the training suite and main library.
Free wifi
Wi-Fi is free by logging on via Glasgow Libraries - no password is required.
