Research UK to chat to a nurse, have your Body Mass Index
measured or pick up some free health information.
The Cancer
Awareness nurses chat to people about how small health changes can reduce
cancer risk. They also encourage you to know what's normal for your body and
give you confidence to go to a GP with any concerns.
