It’s been a whirlwind couple of years for Elephant Sessions, from 2017’s award-winning second album, All We Have Is Now, to scooping 2018’s inaugural £25,000 Belhaven Bursary for innovative roots talent. Tonight’s gale-force set of boundary-busting, dancefloor-breaking tunes, fusing trad, rock, funk, world, indie and electronic sounds, previews tracks from their forthcoming third LP. “They’ll make you smile for days” (MNPR)

Edinburgh five-piece Dallahan’s signature mix of Irish, Scottish and Hungarian traditions, artfully seasoned with jazz, pop and classical flavours, is richer than ever on new third album Smallworld, showcasing their range from eloquent original songs to enthralling trad-based instrumentals. “A world music festival in one group” (LiveIreland)

10% off a meal in QMU restaurant Scran between 5pm and 7pm if you have a gig ticket.
