Rising Glasgow folk band Lussa brings youthful energy and fresh creativity to the festival stage. Formed within Scotland’s thriving traditional music community, the four-piece has quickly earned a reputation for vibrant arrangements of both original and traditional tunes, delivered with warmth, precision and infectious enthusiasm. Drawing on fiddle-led melodies, guitar, banjo and keys, their sound balances contemporary flair with a deep respect for traditional roots.
Following standout appearances at the Danny Kyle Open Stage and the Hands Up for Trad Battle of the Folk Bands, Lussa is fast becoming one of the most exciting emerging acts on the Scottish folk scene.
