Dates and times

Sunday 2 February 2020
1:30PM - 3:00PM

This event will take place in the Lomond Foyer.

Come and sing harmonies to a selection of beautiful Scottish love songs, covering both the exhilarating highs, dark lows and glowing warmth that love can bring, through the lyrics of some of Scotland’s best traditional song writers. Taught by Amy Lord, this fun, inclusive workshop will draw on Scotland’s rich sphere of traditional Scots-language song. Songs and harmonies will be taught by ear with lyrics available.

This workshop is part of Celtic Connections' Song School weekend, and Sunday 2nd Feb will finish with each of the afternoon’s groups sharing a song in a mass group sing on the main staircase inside the Concert Hall at 3.30-4pm approx. You are welcome to invite your friends and family along to hear what you have achieved.
