Glasgow Life Libraries are delighted to be supporting Scotties in the City, a city-wide public art trail for Maggie’s. Throughout the trail, a number of specially designed Scottie dog sculptures will be hosted within library locations across the city, providing customers with an opportunity to engage with the artwork in welcoming community spaces.
Libraries will play an important role in connecting local communities with the trail, encouraging exploration, participation and creativity. The presence of the Scotties in our libraries will create a fun and accessible experience for visitors of all ages.
Scottie Dogs will be present in the following community
libraries –

- Elder Park
- Hillhead
- Partick
- Pollock
- Whiteinch
- Woodside
- Denniston
- Parkhead
- Gorbals

Accessible toilets
This accessible toilet is approximately 22m (24yd 2in) from the main entrance.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome. We can provide a bowl of water for an assistance dog.
