The Phoenix in Festive Mood
The Glasgow Phoenix Choir and Conductor, Cameron Murdoch are delighted to be performing our annual Christmas concert at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall in the intimate surroundings of the New Auditorium. The choir continues its strong run of performance of some of the world’s most beautiful choral music, a tradition now stretching to 76 years of choral excellence.
We are looking forward to once again sharing the stage with our friends from Whitburn Band with Conductor, Chris Shanks. One of the most successful brass bands in the UK, the Whitburn Band has performed throughout the UK and Europe for many years, including at the Edinburgh International Festival, Celtic Connections and recently in the National Theatre of Scotland show Keli. Whitburn also play the anthems of the away teams at Scotland's international rugby games.
