Our Tickets Glasgow Box Office will address this as follows-
- If you paid online by Credit or Debit card your refund will be paid to your account.
- If you paid by card using Chip & Pin our Box Office team will contact you directly.
- If you paid by cash or cheque we will refund you by sending a cheque directly to your address.
Due to the overall volume of cancelled events and subsequent refunds to be processed, this may take a minimum of 10 days so we ask for understanding and patience while the team work through this for you as quickly as possible.

ABBA, are the most successful Swedish act of all time and transformed popular music around the world. ABBA, have not toured for decades - however, their musical legacy lives on - in a two hour extravaganza concert:
‘The Show – The Music Of ABBA’, lets the audience follow ABBA from before they won the Eurovision to their massive international success. The music in the show is performed by the Swedish Band Waterloo and accompanied by the London Symphonic Rock Orchestra (LSRO), who has rocked arenas around the world since forming in 2018. They have performed and recorded with many high profile artists, and are touring the UK with Il Divo. To further add that original touch to the show, one of the original ABBA musicians, the legendary saxophone player Ulf Andersson will be performing.
‘The Show – The Music Of ABBA’ presents a wide variety of ABBA’s greatest hits: Waterloo, SOS, Mamma Mia, Dancing Queen, Money Money Money, Knowing Me Knowing You, sprinkled with several surprises from ABBA’s vast catalogue.
The award winning show was created in 2001 and has since had an impressive 18 year run of worldwide success. With nearly 700 concerts in 40 countries and over two million tickets sold.

Hearing loop
The stalls of the Main Hall and New Hall are equipped with induction loop systems, but operation is dependent on each individual event or performance, so provision can vary. Wheelchair access
Wheelchair access is from the Killermont Street entrance (North Entrance) only. From this entrance, there is Lift access to all levels.
Each performance space has designated seating for wheelchairs and a companion is welcome to sit with you. Please contact our box office team for more information at box_office_enquiries@glasgowlife.org.uk

There are baby changing facilities in the café toilets and exhibition corridor toilets (next to the Box Office)

Breastfeeding is welcome at the venue.
Cafe or restaurant
Full table service is not available, food or drinks are ordered from the service counter. However, food and drinks can be brought to the table.
There is not a lowered section at the counter.
No tables are permanently fixed. No chairs are permanently fixed. Some chairs have armrests.
Drinking straws are available.
Menus are hand held and wall mounted. Menus are not available in Braille. Menus are not available in large print. Picture menus are not available.

Photography and video recording
At times, Glasgow Life will be on the premises to film and take photos.
The public are only permitted to record and take photos where explicit permission has been granted in advance.
Free wifi
Yes, there is free public Wifi access. To connect, visitors have to register with the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall Public Wifi which should pop up on their browser. After that visitors will only need their password for future uses.
