CUISINE MEETS CRIME

Renowned Glasgow restaurateur, celebrity chef and editor of Glasgow on a Plate, Ferrier Richardson and local crime author Alex Meikle talk about their new Glasgow based thriller:

THE KITCHEN VIGILANTE

JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED

Inspired by a personal tragedy, Kitchen Vigilante is a fast-paced story of a successful Glasgow chef, Charlie Carty, who is at the top of his profession when his life is shattered by the senseless murder of his brother.
Charlie takes matters into his own hands, seeking revenge against his brother's killer, becoming a vigilante and ultimately waging war on organised crime in Glasgow.

The authors will read excerpts from the book, explain the background and what inspired them to write it and take questions from the audience.
Described by Sky News as “Fast moving, heartfelt, a page turner…” join Alex and Ferrier for a fascinating insight into the dark side of the city.
