Journey through the last hundred years as we explore some of the stories and objects housed in the Glasgow Museums Resource Centre (GMRC). Join this friendly and accessible tour, share memories, explore objects and reminisce. Sessions are informal and teas and coffee will be provided as well as an opportunity for object handling. Meet Me is a programme that has been especially designed to suit older visitors. They are available to individuals, groups, lunch clubs or care homes. Each session lasts 1.5 -2 hours, with a vast range of over one million objects in our stores from Natural History to Art, Technology, Armour and much more we can be flexible to the needs and interests of your group.

By Train
GMRC is a short walk from Nitshill train station, and can be reached by turning right onto Nitshill Road and walking under the bridge towards Wiltonburn Road on your right. Turn right again onto Woodhead Road. Trains run regularly between Nitshill and Glasgow Central train station.
By Bus
First Bus service 57 stops near the venue.
