Vitality

Our specially-trained Vitality instructors help people with medical conditions to exercise. Vitality classes are a great way to become more active and boost confidence. They're safe spaces where you can work at your own pace. We adapt exercises to different levels of mobility, balance and fitness.

Vitality

You don't have to identify with any specific medical condition to take part in Vitality.

There are four levels of the Vitality programme. Our range of classes is suitable for people who:

  • Feel unsteady on their feet.
  • Have reduced strength or mobility.
  • Are returning to exercise after a period of inactivity.
  • Want extra support to stay active.

I attend two Strength and Balance classes a week in Bridgeton and Castlemilk and really feel a difference in my balance, especially when standing in the bathroom getting washed and having a shave in the morning.
