Jazz FM's double award-winner, Jazz Vocalist of the Year and UK Jazz Act of the Year Georgia Cécile's live Christmas special features a mix of original and classic Christmas tunes, all infused with the groovy vibes of late 60s jazz.
Inspired by the likes of Nina Simone, Stevie Wonder, and Esperanza Spalding, Georgia's debut album Only The Lover Sings topped the UK Official Charts in the Jazz and Blues category.
Georgia has since supported Gregory Porter on tour, performed with the BBC Concert Orchestra, and showcased at SXSW in Austin, Texas. Georgia continues to establish herself as one of the finest new voices in the UK.
With her talented band and a stellar brass section, Georgia will deliver a performance that celebrates the holiday season in true style.

Restoration fund
From 1 September 2024, for any new events going on sale at our Concert Halls venues (Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, City Halls and Old Fruitmarket and Kelvingrove Bandstand), a new Restoration Fund of £1.50 per ticket may be added at checkout. To view the full Restoration Fund T&Cs please click here
Accessible toilets
There are accessible toilets located to the right of the entrance to the auditorium on the ground floor and on the balcony adjacent to the Candleriggs Bar.
Assistance dogs
Guide and assistance dogs are welcome and are allowed in the auditorium.
Wheelchair access
Lift access to all floors.
There are designated spaces for wheelchair users. A companion is welcome to sit with you.
There is a wheelchair to borrow. To borrow a wheelchair, please ask a member of staff.

There is a baby changing unit within the accessible toilet located to the right of the entrance to the auditorium on the ground floor.

The cloakroom is located on the 1st floor next to the toilets. There is a £1 charge (only open for events or where a client has requested the facility)

Free wifi
There is free public Wifi access. To connect, visitors have to register with the Old Fruitmarket Public Wifi which should pop up on their browser. After that visitors will only need their password for future uses.
