Beerjacket is the musical title of Glasgow alt-folk singer-songwriter, Peter Kelly, who has shared the stage with The National, Kristin Hersh, St. Vincent and Mogwai, amongst many others. This unique show will bring together the songs of Beerjacket with string arrangements and performance from Cairn String Quartet. Expect to hear reimagined versions of songs from recent album Silver Cords alongside older favourites from the Beerjacket catalogue.

Born and raised in Oldham in the north-west of England, Keeley Forsyth first made her name as an actor, and while the creation of music has been a constant feature in her life, she’s taken the long road to its release. A deeply intuitive and singular musician, she began writing several years ago, accompanying herself on harmonium and accordion. With its minimal arrangements placing her recollections and dissections of sometimes harrowing experiences front and centre, Keeley's debut album Debris showcases her elemental voice and an outpouring of candid, haunting lyrics.
