"The shiny disco ball hat wearing, ultimate genre hopping, twisted festival, live stage machine that puts the emphasis on music, entertaining and laughter. A party at it's most outrageous and ridiculous."

Playfully surrealist Glasgow collective Colonel Mustard & The Dijon 5 have won swathes of converts as one of Scotland’s favourite festival bands. Name-checking inspirations as diverse as Primal Scream, Happy Mondays, Frank Zappa, Bob Marley, James Brown, George Clinton and Neil Diamond.

The 11 strong line-up concoct an irresistibly effervescent musical melting-pot, spanning styles from punk to disco, hip-hop to flamenco, Roma to reggae - a mix that saw them inducted into the Barrowland Ballroom Hall of Fame in 2018 after playing the venue three times. “One of the most entertaining live acts in Scotland.” (Jim Gellatly)."

Carla J. Easton makes pop music. Dreamy, lush and inescapable. Songs you’ll hear one day and still be humming a week later. Songs to dance to. Songs to drive to. Songs that make you wanna sing along. Based in Glasgow, Carla’s become a fixture of the thriving music scene in Scotland. She’s recently joined legendary Scottish band The Vaselines on live dates, collaborated with Stuart Murdoch on the song Best Friend for Belle & Sebastian’s HOW TO SOLVE OUR HUMAN PROBLEMS PART 3 EP, and has collaborated with The Scottish Opera for BBC Arts.

Amy Lamé is the co-founder of the legendary London LGBTQ+ night Duckie, going strong for 24 years every Saturday night at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, where she hosts and DJs. She curates her eclectic music taste for a live BBC Radio 6Music show every Sunday 4-6pm.  Since 2016 Amy has served as the Mayor of London's Night Czar, tasked with keeping the city diverse, vibrant and safe after dark.
