Are you a poet who is interested in increasing onstage confidence? Are you a Gaelic Writer, a writer with an interest in Gaelic, or a writer with beginner's Gaelic? Spoken word poetry collective Loud Poets is collaborating with Glasgow Life to deliver an introductory workshop for those interested in improving their performance skills.

The workshop will be led by spoken word artist and researcher Katie Ailes with poet and Gaelic researcher Robbie MacLeòid, and facilitated by Rona MacDonald of Glasgow Life. It is open to Gaelic and English speakers and will be facilitated bilingually. Participants are welcome to bring along poems (your own or others’) that you would like to practice performing, but we will also have plenty of poems available.

This workshop is free to participate in, but there are limited places so advance booking is essential. Email GlasgowArtsRSVP@glasgowlife.org.uk

This event is part of a Gaelic Arts series. You may also be interested in a free Improvisational Voice workshop, also at St Mungo Museum, on 21 November
