This gorgeous cookbook features one hundred delicious, heartwarming vegetarian and vegan recipes from Bake Off judge and the founder of Leith’s School of Food and Wine, Prue Leith – and her niece Peta Leith, a former pastry sous chef at The Ivy and lifelong vegetarian. We all need easy comfort foods – whether on busy weeknights or drawn-out Sunday lunches.
This book contains nourishing, refreshing, joyful main meals, many of which are vegan, and all of which bring their combined wealth of cookery knowledge to your kitchen.

Parking
Please note that there is on-street surrounding The Mitchell Library, from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday this is metered. As this is also a local residential area, please use these spaces considerately. Alternatively, there is an a NCP Car Park on India Street next to Charing Cross Train Station which is a 2 minute walk away.
Photography and video recording
On occasion, Glasgow Life will be on the premises to film and take photos.
