An old school troubadour who views the road as his office, Steve Forbert has been creating gritty, poetic, superbly well-crafted songs since he released his first album, Alive on Arrival in 1978. He’s had hits, including 'Romeo’s Tune', and even appeared in the video for Cyndi Lauper’s 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' but his natural habitat, outside of the recording studio, is in front of an audience, continuing the tradition of great Southern writers like Mark Twain with a guitar.

A winner of the prestigious Kerrville Folk Festival songwriting award, Virginian Caroline Spence blends honest songwriting with a disarming union of self-assuredness and vulnerability.
