Looking for ways to feel calmer and happier? Join us and explore your creativity in a safe, non-judgmental space while experiencing a guided meditation and reconnect with your body and sensations.
Sessions take place on the last Sunday of the month in 2019 2-4pm - Sun 29 Sep, 27 Oct, 24 Nov, 22 Dec (please note we are closed on 29th December).
Sessions take place on the 3rd Sunday of the month in 2020 2-4pm - Sun 19 Jan, 16 Feb.
