In the lead-up to the Commonwealth Festival Parade, Picnic and Party at Crookston Castle on 25th July 2026, five free community workshops will be taking place to bring people together to create vibrant festival banners.

Bee’s Brews is a friendly and welcoming café located inside Pollok Community Centre. The café offers a range of hot and cold drinks, snacks and tasty food at competitive prices.

Families are welcome, and there is a small play area at the back of the café where young children can play while parents and carers relax and enjoy something to eat or drink.

Parking

There is a car park offering free off-street parking to the front of the venue.  There is also additional on-street parking available in the immediate area.

At times, Glasgow Life may be on the premises to film or take photos.

Pollok Community Centre can be used for a variety of Community, Social and Commercial activities such as Community Meetings, Dance Classes, Shows / Performances, Fitness Classes and Private Functions upon request.

Rooms for hire

  • Main Hall with stage - Up to 454 people, depending on the room layout and type of event.
  • Lesser Hall - Up to 60 people
  • Meeting room - Up to 24 people
  • Multi Purpose rooms - Up to 60 people

Please note that the rooms on the lower floor are not wheelchair accessible.

Minimum Let duration is 1 hour. Lets for part of an hour will be charged at the hourly rate. 

Pollok Community Centre does not have a kitchen facility for hire.
