Good Move

At Move More, we know that when you’re living with and beyond cancer even a small amount of gentle exercise can help reduce your fatigue and leave you feeling better.

We understand you may be a little nervous about building up your activity levels, so we have people on hand to show you the ropes and help you relax. Together, they work alongside our instructors making sure you get the most out of your class.

With Walking groups and easy activity classes, our Good Move team will help you choose an activity that’s right for you. We also have our Live Active scheme which can provide additional support to help you return to activity or find something new for you to try.

If you require additional support please call The Macmillan Support Line free on 0808 808 00 00. They are open Monday - Friday 9.00am - 8.00pm. They can help with clinical, practical and financial related information. You can also find out about the Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Service at your local library here.
