Professor Dame Sue Black shares the books that have inspired,
entertained and moved her over the years.

She is the Pro Vice-Chancellor for Engagement at Lancaster University but it has been announced that she will move to St John's College, Oxford later in 2022. She is also the current President of the Royal Anthropological Institute of Great Britain and Ireland.
In an incredibly distinguished career, she has work for the UK's Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the United Nations, she had tours in Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Grenada and Iraq and she participated in the United Kingdom's contribution to the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami international response.
