Follow
in the bloody footsteps of Jack House’s 1961-crime classic with this guided
walk around the key locations of four celebrated murder cases, all within a
mile of Charing Cross. Madeline Smith and Oscar Slater may be better known than
Jessie McLachlan and Dr Edward Pritchard, but the sensational trials of all
four shocked Victorian and Edwardian Glasgow, and their stories are still told
and debated even today. This walk will provide plenty of inspiration for
aspiring crime writers.
