Experience the wonders of Riverside Museum in a quieter environment.

Riverside Museum is Glasgow's award-winning technology and transport museum. Visitors can stroll along the recreated Victorian cobbled street lined with shops, houses, and even a subway station, all authentically recreated to transport visitors back in time.

The Museum also features interactive displays, and hands-on activities, making it an engaging experience for visitors of all ages. It offers a unique opportunity to learn about Glasgow's industrial heritage, the people who shaped the city, and the transportation innovations that have shaped the world.

To provide a quieter environment this event will have -

  • Restricted visitor numbers to prevent crowds
  • Sounds from audio-visual displays, interactives and films will be switched off where possible.
  • Hand dryers in the bathrooms switched off
  • A quiet space available
  • Sensory kits containing fidget toys and ear defenders to borrow.
