Glasgow Life Museums welcomes Personal Assistants with visitors who need them.
Currently, we permit one Personal Assistant free entry to the exhibition to accompany visitors in receipt of Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payment, or where the Assistant holds a Forward Carers Card.
For visitors who may require multiple Personal Assistants (up to a maximum of two assistants), prior arrangement for a visit should be made with the Duty Manager. Written evidence of this requirement may be requested before entry is permitted. Additional members of the group visiting should purchase a ticket.
Please email GLMuseumsKelvingroveManagementTeam@glasgowlife.org.uk to request this. To comply with health and safety guidelines, we cannot allow anyone under the age of 16 years to be a Personal Assistant to another person.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the exhibition booking slot is cancelled, rescheduled, postponed, or materially changed.
