Taking a moment for your health can make big differences. Do you want to have a better understanding of how alcohol might be affecting your health?
Murray’s Initiative will be offering free, confidential screenings in a library near you. It’s a quick and informal check in that you will be able to get some practical, non-judgemental advice on reducing your alcohol or stopping altogether if that’s your goal. We can also signpost to advice and support.
